Usually it doesn’t make sense to do a full remodel. You should generally focus on high-impact cosmetic repairs and maintenance rather than major, expensive renovations before selling but Carrie will discuss this with you and give you her thoughts at your sellers consultation.

A CMA is a report that will compare nearby, similar properties, to help figure out the value and listing price of your home. This is something Carrie will provide to you for free as part of your seller consultation.

Once your home is listed if you receive multiple offers Carrie will review all offers with you and help you create a plan. There are many ways to handle this and having a strong negotiator like Carrie in your corner is key. Common practices are: Accepting the highest offer, ask all buyers to submit their highest and best as their final offer, counter one offer, or counter multiple offers.
